We are a non-profit organization under the tax law of a 501(c)(3). Our revenues are generated by tax levies within the City of Danville Special Services Area Number One.

Community benefits

Business Advocacy

Downtown Danville, Inc. serves as a collective voice and advocate for Downtown. We serve as a point of contact to raise individual and community concerns relating to the business environment of Downtown. We collect feedback from Downtown Property and Business Owners regularly and work with our community partners to find resolutions that allow our businesses to best serve the patrons visiting Downtown Danville.

Downtown Danville, Inc. Grant Program

The purpose of this Grant Program is to assist local property owners in expanding existing operations and assisting in new companies pursuing to move their business to Downtown Danville.

The grant program includes four grants; Awning Grant, Exterior Enhancement Grant, and Interior Improvement Grant. Only members of DDI may apply.
